"Customers who purchase at SOU・SOU will receive an original message card as a gift!"
Do you know the outstanding textile designer who was the first Japanese person to work at Marimekko?
His name is Katsuji Wakisaka. In the 1960s, he moved alone to Finland and created the famous “BO BOO” design.
This book introduces his 44 years of work and ideas, including his time at Marimekko, his later work at New York’s Larsen company, Wacoal Interior Fabric, and the Kyoto brand SOU・SOU. It also features original textile designs, drawings, and around 10,000 idea sketches.
