‘Jurakudai’, the signature sake of ‘Sasaki Sake Brewery’
—the only sake brewery in the heart of Kyoto (Rakuchu) that has been in the same family for 4 generations—is a renowned sake brewed using Ginmeisui, the water said to have been used by Sen no Rikyū in his tea ceremonies.
