"What is 'Skinny Pants'...
The origin is said to be that during the reign of Meiji Era, the third-generation Iemoto of San Yu Teien Enyū wore white tabi under steteeko odori.This type of pants is also known as "steteco".
• We use Sakao Orimono Chizimi Cotton 20/20 Circulor washing fabric.
"20/20" refers to a fabric woven using No. 20 yarn for both the warp and the weft.
About the fabric feel: it is about as thick as a T-shirt fabric suitable for year-round wear.
(The higher the count number, the finer the yarn and the thinner the woven fabric is.)
• It is dyed using Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing.
• Please wear it under the inner layer of Yukata or Fubi Kimono Shirt.
・With elastic waistband and drawstring. (The rubber band is replaceable)
• The waist elastic uses [BB Waffle®], which is soft and less likely to bunch up or fold over.
• Two pockets (left and right underarms)
* The products in this Textile have different pattern placements, one by one.Customers cannot specify the print.
* Due to Hand-printed, there may be slight variations in the shape, but this is a characteristic of the dyeing process.

[About Chizimi Cotton]
• This cotton crepe is made using yarn (Tightly Twisted yarn) produced in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, from around the time of Tenmei in Edo Era, and is woven with a strong twist to give the fabric a shibo texture and a crisp feel.
• Because it has shibo, the area that touches the skin is reduced, so sweat disperses as dots across the surface, and it is said to keep the body feeling 2 degrees cooler.
・Excellent performances in Sweat absorbing · Quick drying · Air permeability · Hygroscopicity · Moisture release.
・Takashima chizimi cotton, which has benefited from the natural resources of Lake Biwa, boasts the highest production in Japan.
※Chizimi Cotton 20/20 Circulor washing fabric may have a slightly different shrinkage ratio depending on the color/pattern due to the dyeing process.
